Second named storm Bonnie forms and moves towards SE Florida and the Upper keys

Well as forecast,sheer and drier from a ULL that was keeping 97L from closing a surface low moved far enough away for it to happen last night or early this morning and becoming a TD,the NHC probably waiting for confirmation of sustained surface winds close to td3's center to upgrade it to Tropical strom Bonnie the second tropical cyclone of trhe 2010 atlantic hurricane season.
Track:I have not changed my forecast track and will not do so until tomorrow evening.I expect a WNW track thru 24hrs.
Intensity:As bonnie continues to further organize over the next 12-18hrs and approaches the upper FL keys area I expect a high end TS(65-74mph) or a week cat one as it passes over the gulf stream tomorrow afternoon.
Watches warnings:I'm expecting TS warnings to jupiter inlet on the east coast and englwood on the west coast at 11pm tonight.Possibly further north tomorrow morning.
